What is your refund policy?

We will accept refund requests under the following circumstances:


  • Defective eSIM: If your eSIM cannot be activated, it is considered defective. Please contact our support team to verify the issue.
  • Service Issues: If you experience service-related issues that prevent you from using your eSIM as intended, you may be eligible for a refund. Our support team will assess the problem and determine if a refund is warranted.


We will not accept refund requests under the following circumstances:


  • Device Incompatibility: We ask all users to check their device’s eSIM compatibility before making a purchase. If your device is not eSIM compatible, we cannot offer a refund.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, follow these steps to request a refund:
