How to Apply Coupons at Checkout

Coupons can be applied on both the NewSIM website and the NewSIM mobile app during checkout.

1. To apply a coupon, select a plan and proceed to the checkout page.
2. Locate the Coupon Code box, enter the coupon code exactly as provided, then select Apply.

If the coupon is valid, the discount will be reflected immediately in the order summary and the updated price will appear automatically.

Using Coupons with the NewSIM Wallet

Customers may use coupons together with their NewSIM Wallet balance.

Wallet funds include cashback and wallet top-ups.

Coupon Rules and Conditions

General Rules

Coupons must be applied before completing payment and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Only one coupon may be used per transaction. Coupons are applied to the order subtotal before cashback is calculated. Cashback is earned based on the discounted total.

Eligibility Requirements

Some coupons may have specific eligibility requirements, including a minimum purchase amount, selected destinations or plans, new customer status, app-only redemption, or one-time use per account.

Expiry and Validity

All coupons have an expiration date and cannot be reinstated once expired. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

Refunds and Coupon Usage

If an order purchased with a coupon is refunded, the coupon value is not returned as cash or wallet credit. The refund amount reflects only the amount actually paid after the coupon was applied.

Plan price: $30

Coupon discount: $10

Amount paid: $20

Refund amount: $20

Cashback earned from a purchase that used a coupon follows standard cashback rules. If the order is refunded, any unused cashback earned from that purchase will be reversed.
