How to Enable Data Roaming?

Data roaming allows your device to connect to local networks when you are outside your home country.

To use your eSIM while traveling, data roaming must be enabled.

On most devices, data roaming can be turned on through your mobile or cellular settings. Once enabled, your phone will be able to access mobile data using the eSIM while abroad.

Enabling data roaming does not automatically create extra charges when using NewSIM, as data usage is deducted only from your active plan.

If data roaming is turned off, your eSIM may install correctly but mobile data will not work. We recommend enabling data roaming immediately after activating your eSIM and keeping it on for the duration of your trip.
