NewSIM Wallet: Complete Guide

NewSIM Wallet

The NewSIM Wallet is a secure digital wallet built into your account.
It lets you store cashback, top up with real money, and pay quickly at checkout. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. What You Can Do with Your Wallet

With your NewSIM Wallet, you can:

  • Earn cashback from purchases (4%) and referrals.
  • Add money with a credit card top-up.
  • Get bonus credits on eligible top-ups.
  • Use NewSIM wallet when purchasing our plans.

2. Wallet Balances

Your wallet has two balances:

Cashback

  • Earned from purchases, referral rewards, and top-up bonuses.
  • No minimum required to spend.
  • Max balance: $100 (Additional cashback is added only after your balance drops below the maximum).
  • Cashback never expires.

Top-Up

  • Money you add using a credit card.
  • Some top-ups may include bonuses (e.g., 10% extra for $50+ deposits).
  • Max balance: $200.
  • Non-refundable(Top-up funds cannot be withdrawn once added)

You can see both balances on the Wallet Dashboard, with all transactions clearly labeled.

3. How Cashback Works

  • You get 4% cashback on the total after discounts or coupons.
  • Example: $3.90 order – 20% off coupon = $3.12 → Cashback = $0.12
  • Refunds: If a purchase is refunded, cashback is reversed. If you already spent some, the system deducts the available amount. Wallet balances never go negative.

4. Using Your Wallet at Checkout

Your wallet balance is automatically applied in the following order:

  1. Cashback
  2. Top-Up
  3. Remaining amount → Credit card

You can also choose a custom amount from your wallet if preferred.

These examples show how your wallet helps reduce the amount charged to your credit card when purchasing lower-priced plans.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to the original source:

  • Cashback payments → Cashback Balance
  • Top-Up payments → Top-Up Balance
  • Mixed payments → proportionally returned

Wallet balances never go negative, so you always know your balance is safe.
