Top-Up: Overview and Availability

What is Top-Up?

The Top-Up feature allows customers to extend their existing eSIM plan when their current data or validity period is running out. This helps ensure uninterrupted connectivity during their trip.

Availability Note:

Top-Up availability depends on the eSIM plan. Some plans support Top-Up, while others do not.

Important Information

No eSIM reinstallation is required when topping up.

• The Top-Up is applied to the same eSIM.
• Once the current plan expires, customers can continue using the topped-up plan automatically.

If a plan does not support Top-Up, customers may need to purchase a new plan to maintain connectivity.

How to Top Up an eSIM Plan

1. Go to My eSIM.
2. Select the plan you would like to top up.
3. Click the “Top Up” button.
4. The system will display all available Top-Up options (if supported by the plan).Customers can choose:The same plan, or a different data amount or validity period for the same country.
5. After selecting a Top-Up option, the payment page will appear.
6. Complete the payment to proceed.
